This is my first day of diet.

My ultimate goal is to get healthy, eat good/healthy foods, and becoming stronger.

To reach that, I’m going to start circuit training for 30 min everyday and drink a lot of water - they all look pretty simple!

As of Jan. 20, I weigh 123 lbs (btw, my height is 5 ft 5.7 inches)

Today, I haven’t done any workout, but I drank a lot of water instead.

Breakfast: 1 slice of 100% wheat bread, a cup of soy milk, a cup of fresh fruit salad with homemade greek yogurt

Lunch: 1/2 of Kalguksu, 1/2 of tteokbokki

Dinner: a grapefruit jello
